SAN DIEGO, Calif. – Future Champions Golf (FCG), one of the world’s leading junior golf organizations, is proud to announce a new strategic partnership with Golf Americas and its founder Sandra Reed, who will serve as the Official Media Partner for Latin America.
The partnership represents an exciting step forward in FCG’s continued global expansion, strengthening its presence throughout Latin America while creating new opportunities for junior golfers, families, coaches, and golf organizations across the region.
As part of this collaboration, Golf Americas will feature Future Champions Golf through its dedicated “Golf Without Borders” platform, highlighting the many pathways available for young golfers to compete internationally and pursue college golf opportunities in the United States.
One of the primary goals of the partnership is to educate Latin American families about the U.S. college golf recruiting process. Through exclusive articles, interviews, educational content, and player success stories, FCG and Golf Americas will provide valuable resources to help aspiring student-athletes understand how they can combine competitive golf with higher education in the United States.
“We are thrilled to welcome Sandra Reed and Golf Americas to the Future Champions Golf family,” said Chris Smeal, Founder and President of Future Champions Golf. “Sandra has built an outstanding platform throughout Latin America, and together we can connect more young golfers with international competitive opportunities while helping families better understand the pathway to college golf in the United States.”
Beyond media coverage, the partnership will also promote unique international golf travel experiences. Through Golf Americas’ destination golf programs, families will have access to curated golf vacation packages that can be combined with Future Champions Golf tournaments and events throughout Latin America, allowing participants to experience world-class golf destinations while competing in FCG events.
Future Champions Golf also plans to continue expanding its tournament footprint throughout Latin America by working alongside Golf Americas to showcase new events, promote regional partners, and connect local players with FCG’s worldwide tournament network, which includes hundreds of events across North America, Asia, Europe, Australia, and beyond.
“Our mission has always been to connect golfers and grow the game across borders,” said Sandra Reed, Founder of Golf Americas. “Partnering with Future Champions Golf allows us to introduce more families to incredible competitive opportunities while helping young players discover pathways to collegiate golf and international competition.”
