President / CEO
Chris is the owner and founder of Future Champions Golf, established in January 2004. He oversees all operations of the FCG program and works with the team to execute the best events in junior golf. He is also the head of the FCG Academy – Director of Instruction – Chris focuses his efforts on helping junior golfers play the game better through his variety of instruction programs. Chris spends most of his time giving private lessons at the Future Champions Golf Studio at Stadium Golf Center. Antrone Williams
Executive Director
Antrone is a driving force behind Future Champions Golf. He spends his days preparing for our Tournaments, organizing team events, answering your phone calls and emails, and a whole lot more. Brianne Grajkowski
Creative Director
Brianne has worked with FCG for many years as our graphic designer and website developer. She designs our tournament logos, website graphics, print and web advertisements, flyers, banners, promotional material as well as coordinating our branding and marketing efforts.
Greg Dumlao
Director of Tour Development/ Expansion
In 2006, golf teaching professional Greg Dumlao started Future World Golf (not be confused with Future Champions Golf) and has trained, mentored and prepared junior golfers of all ages to take their games to the highest level of competition. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Greg has created an environment that is conducive to learning to play the game of golf. Having been a teaching professional for over 20 years he realized that while he was coaching golfers on the driving range, all he was doing was teaching them how to swing a golf club. Read More >
Matthew Lopez
East Coast Tour Director
Matt joined the FCG Team in summer 2022 to become the FCG East Coast Tournament Director. Matt lives in Florida and will develop events up and down the East Coast.
Blake Petchel
FCG Tour Southern States/ Central Tour Director
Blake played division one collegiate golf at Cal State Fullerton. He has played in the FCG Tour since age 7 and over the years has learned what it takes for juniors to reach their full potential on the golf course. Blake is a swing coach and he has also caddied for several professional golfers.
Connor Benjamin
Southern California Tour Director and FCG Podcast Director
Connor joined the FCG Team in 2020 during the pandemic and loves helping the junior golfers and families at events. He has recently teamed up with FCG Founder – Chris Smeal to build the best podcast for junior golfers and parents.
Stephanie Heimler
Southern California Tour Director
Stephanie grew up playing the FCG Tour and as soon as we allowed her she joined our Tournament Operations Team and has now hosted 100’s of junior golf tournaments and is the absolute best. She works almost every weekend making sure everyone has a great time and is learning the game in the right way.
Texie Petchel

Texie played collegiate golf at Cal State Fullerton and was a FCG member since she was 9 years old. She brings a ton of passion and care with her to every event she attends. We are so proud to have her on our FCG Team!

Venecia has been working FCG Tournaments since finishing high school. She is a competitive collegiate player so she works the summer events and winter break tournaments. She is an integral part of our team and loves helping the players!

Ron Riess has focused his efforts on Rules and Competitions for FCG since the start of tournaments in 2007. He is passionate about helping junior golfers play the game better and to learn the rules.

Rick Sessinghaus
FCG Mental Game Coach
Known as Golf’s Mental Coach, Rick Sessinghaus is based in Los Angeles, CA and helps junior golfers on the mental game and other ares for peak performance. He has been a part of the FCG program for several years and has done a tremendous job helping the kids. He has also been a guest speaker several times at the FCG Callaway World Championship.
Jeff Sampson
FCG Tournament Director
Jeff Sampson has become a huge part of the FCG Tour helping us operate nearly every National Tour and World Series Tournament. Jeff brings incredible knowledge and experience to our program and we love having him at our events. His son is competing regularly on Tour too and has become one of the best players in the region.
Ricardo Montemayor
FCG Tournament Director and Director of Baja Pacifico Tournament Series
Ricardo has been involved with the FCG program for years with his daughter being one of the best female players to compete on the FCG Tour. He runs the Pacifico Tour in Mexico which is now sponsored by Future Champions Golf. In addition Ricardo is a Tournament Director for the FCG Callaway World Championship.

Alli plays collegiate golf at Point Loma Nazarene and has been a FCG member for a very long time. She works many of the weekend tournaments here in San Diego and is a Tournament Director at our FCG World Series Events. She brings a ton of energy and passion for helping kids love the game.

John has been a big supporter of the Future Champions Golf Tour for several years and is always seen on our 1st or 10th tee at our major events. He is passionate about helping young people succeed and we love having him at our tournaments.

April has been a big part of the Future Champions Golf program since she was 6 years old. Now competing on the SDSU Women’s Golf Team April works tournaments during the breaks and summer time. She brings amazing knowledge and care to each event and she is always smiling and trying to help everyone have the best time!

Catalin plays for Williams College now after a strong career in the Future Champions Golf Program. When she is not at school she is back helping FCG host the FCG World Series Tournaments. She brings energy, a positive attitude, fun, and knowledge to each event she manages.
Hannah Jugar

Hannah now plays for the University of Redlands Women’s Golf Team and has been a superstar at FCG Tournaments for the past couple of years. When she is not at college competing she will be helping at FCG Tournaments on the West Coast. She is helpful, fun, and knowledgeable. She also won her very first college tournament as a Freshman right after her winning her very last junior golf tournament in August (FCG San Diego Junior Amateur).
Kaila Higgins

Kaila is a competitive college player playing for CSU San Marcos. She works many of the FCG Tournaments in the summer and winter months and fills in when possible during the school year. She is an integral part of the FCG Team.
JJ Petchel

JJ has been an integral part of FCG since the very beginning. He now annually helps at the FCG Callaway World Championship as a Tournament Director. He brings so much passion and help to the FCG program. We are lucky to have him on our team.
