Personal Statement:
My name is Henry, I first picked up a club at 3 years old and I instantly fell in love with golf. My first handicap was 33 at the age of 9 and I am now of 2.1. My lowest ever being 1.0 handicap. I love playing golf competitively either in a team or individually. One of my main strengths is my mind I don’t get down easily and when I am not playing well, I can usually finish as strongly as possible fighting it out till the end. I played in San Diego this year in the IMG junior world championships, also competing in the FGC Callaway open where I had my best score of 5 under. I have one most of my county matches this year in surrey showing I am a good stroke play and match play player. I have shot under par 3 times within 3 months of each other. My family have backed me all the way and are willing to do so if I still believe in the chance of me becoming a pro golfer.
