In 2014 the week before the Masters… Chip Brewer, CEO of Callaway Golf messaged me asking me if there is anything I wanted from The Masters. It may have been the quickest decision I’ve ever made as all I wanted and could ask for was a signed Masters flag by Arnold Palmer. I really didn’t think it would happen but when Chip got back he gave me this beautiful signed Masters flag. This will hang in my house forever and I will always remember the generosity of both of these men. Arnold Palmer changed the game for the better and made it appeal to so many more people. Tiger Woods later did the same but we wouldn’t be here today without Arnold Palmer. I hope all junior golfers watch the coverage this week about remembering Arnold Palmer and what kind of person he was. We can all learn so much about life from this great man.
