National Tour: 3.17-18 Spring Challenge at Sycuan

This past weekend the FCG Tour headed out to one of our frequented venues, Sycuan resort. Our players had the opportunity to play both the Willow Glen Course as well as the Oak Glen Course; both played at a par 72. First day of play on Willow Glen started out with a bit of rain, but then luckily stayed dry till the end. And the second day, play was conducted on the Oak Glen course with overcast skies, provided great golf weather for the area! These courses boast tight fairways, tricky undulating greens, and difficult hazards all set among mature, landscaped surroundings. The Sweetwater River runs through them so get ready to cross the river with an accurate drive on the beautiful yet treacherous 5th hole on Oak — one of the best golf holes in San Diego. Top finishers in this event also earn an exemption into the 2018 FCG Callaway World Championship this July in Rancho Mirage, CA.  Now let’s get into some results…
