Personal Statement: Hello, my name is Tye Boone. I’m 16 years old and attend Skyview High School in Billings, Montana where I will graduate in 2024. My tournament scoring average so far this year has been 73.8 and my handicap is a +0.2. I’ve only been golfing for 4 years and I’ve improved a ton every year. I play and practice everyday because I know the only way to become an elite player is through dedication and hard work.

Some of my golf accomplishments include; All State Golf 2022, All State Golf 2021, All State Golf 2020, All Conference 2022, All Conference 2021, All Conference 2020, #1 on my high school varsity golf team my freshman-junior years, Qualifying for the 2021 Optimist International Junior Golf Championship in Miami, Florida, Academic All State 2021, Academic All State 2020. Academic All State 2022.
FCG at Canyon River in Missoula, MT- Rounds of 75,74 from 7,000 yards to take 11th place out of 30 kids.
State Junior Qualifer at Lake Hills in Billings, MT- Shot 73 from 6,800 yards to take 1st out of 16 kids.
AJGA at Palouse Ridge in Pullman, WA- Rounds of 77-73 from 7,000 yards and a course rating of 74 to take 49th place out of 90 kids.
Bozeman invitational in Bozeman, MT- Rounds of 69-70 in wind and rain to take 1st place by 6 shots out of 49 kids.
