President / CEO
Chris is the owner and founder of Future Champions Golf, established in January 2004. He oversees all operations of the FCG program and works with the team to execute the best events in junior golf. He is also the head of the FCG Academy – Director of Instruction – Chris focuses his efforts on helping junior golfers play the game better through his variety of instruction programs. Chris spends most of his time giving private lessons at the Future Champions Golf Studio at Stadium Golf Center. Antrone Williams
Executive Director
Antrone is a driving force behind Future Champions Golf. He spends his days preparing for our Tournaments, organizing team events, answering your phone calls and emails, and a whole lot more. Brianne Grajkowski, BriGeeski
Creative Director Bri serves as Creative Director for FCG, leading the organization’s creative, branding, and marketing efforts. She supports FCG’s marketing strategy through social media initiatives, sponsorship outreach, and creative direction for events and campaigns. In addition, she designs tournament logos, website graphics, print and digital advertisements, flyers, banners, and promotional materials, ensuring cohesive, consistent, and high-quality brand representation across all platforms.
Greg Dumlao
Director of Tour Development/ Expansion
In 2006, golf teaching professional Greg Dumlao started Future World Golf (not be confused with Future Champions Golf) and has trained, mentored and prepared junior golfers of all ages to take their games to the highest level of competition. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Greg has created an environment that is conducive to learning to play the game of golf. Having been a teaching professional for over 20 years he realized that while he was coaching golfers on the driving range, all he was doing was teaching them how to swing a golf club. Read More >

Bookkeeping – FCG Custom Shop
Bea Flores serves as Executive Assistant for FCG, providing essential administrative support while overseeing bookkeeping and overseeing the FCG Custom Shop. She plays a key role in maintaining organization and efficiency across day-to-day operations, supporting leadership, managing financial records, and ensuring smooth coordination behind the scenes.
Connor Benjamin
Southern California Tour Director and FCG Podcast Director
Connor joined the FCG Team in 2020 during the pandemic and loves helping the junior golfers and families at events. He has recently teamed up with FCG Founder – Chris Smeal to build the best podcast for junior golfers and parents.
Stephanie Heimler
Southern California Tour Director
Stephanie grew up playing the FCG Tour and as soon as we allowed her she joined our Tournament Operations Team and has now hosted 100’s of junior golf tournaments and is the absolute best. She works almost every weekend making sure everyone has a great time and is learning the game in the right way.

Venecia has been working FCG Tournaments since finishing high school. She is a competitive collegiate player so she works the summer events and winter break tournaments. She is an integral part of our team and loves helping the players!

Melanie grew up playing the FCG Tour and once in college at Biola University she joined our Tournament Operations Team. She was a huge help at the 2022 summer events and we look forward to having her at more events when she is available.

Ron Riess has focused his efforts on Rules and Competitions for FCG since the start of tournaments in 2007. He is passionate about helping junior golfers play the game better and to learn the rules.

Jeff Sampson

Jeff Sampson has become a huge part of the FCG Tour helping us operate nearly every National Tour and World Series Tournament. Jeff brings incredible knowledge and experience to our program and we love having him at our events. His son is competing regularly on Tour too and has become one of the best players in the region.
Ricardo Montemayor
FCG Tournament Director and Director of Baja Pacifico Tournament Series
Ricardo has been involved with the FCG program for years with his daughter being one of the best female players to compete on the FCG Tour. He runs the Pacifico Tour in Mexico which is now sponsored by Future Champions Golf. In addition Ricardo is a Tournament Director for the FCG Callaway World Championship.
John Klein
Volunteer Starter at FCG Major Championship
John has been a big supporter of the Future Champions Golf Tour for several years and is always seen on our 1st or 10th tee at our major events. He is passionate about helping young people succeed and we love having him at our tournaments.
Hannah Jugar
FCG Tournament Staff- Southern California
Hannah now plays for the University of Redlands Women’s Golf Team and has been a superstar at FCG Tournaments for the past couple of years. When she is not at college competing she will be helping at FCG Tournaments on the West Coast. She is helpful, fun, and knowledgeable. She also won her very first college tournament as a Freshman right after her winning her very last junior golf tournament in August (FCG San Diego Junior Amateur).
